分析了煤渣处理烟草薄片造纸废水的作用机理。煤渣与混凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)联用可提高废水处理效果。本试验分别将粉碎后的煤渣投加进未经PAC处理的废水以及经过PAC处理的废水中,并对两者在不同反应条件下(不同投加量、不同pH值和不同搅拌时间)对废水eeCOD,色度的去除效果做出对比,为进一步提高再造烟叶造纸废水处理效果、降低后续处理成本提供试验依据。

The interaction mechanism of fly ash used to treat tobacco sheet manufacte papermaking effluent was analyzed. The fly ash combined with coagulant polymerization aluminum chloride(PAC) could improve effluent treatment effect. In this study, the crushed fly ash was dosed into the effluent pretreated by PAC and effluent not treated, then comparison was conducted to COD and decoloring rate under different reaction conditions (dosage, pH, mixing time). The comparison result provided experimental basis for further enhance of effluent treatment effect to reconstituted tobacco sheet manufacturing, and guided to reduce the following processing cost.
