Differernt optical path euvettes for total phosphorus analysis has a great impact on the minimum detactable concentration and upper limit on mass,we found that the measurement range of 50mm and 30ram cuvette is 0～60μ g,an this of 10mm cuvette is 0～40 μ g.In order to obtain satisfactory results,we recommend using 50mm cuvette to determine type- I water substance,30mm cuvette to determine the intermediate concentration and 10mm cuvette to measure high concentration.
