不同光程比色皿对总磷测定的最低检出浓度和测定上限有较大影响,50mm比色皿和30mml比色Ⅲ测量范围为0-60μg,10mm比色皿测量范围为0~40μg。为了得到较为满意的结果,建议用50mm比色皿来测定Ⅰ类水质的水体,30mml::L色皿来测定中等浓度总磷样品,10mm比色皿可以用来测定高浓度总磷样品。

Differernt optical path euvettes for total phosphorus analysis has a great impact on the minimum detactable concentration and upper limit on mass,we found that the measurement range of 50mm and 30ram cuvette is 0~60μ g,an this of 10mm cuvette is 0~40 μ g.In order to obtain satisfactory results,we recommend using 50mm cuvette to determine type- I water substance,30mm cuvette to determine the intermediate concentration and 10mm cuvette to measure high concentration.
