供电工程专项规划是城市总体规划的重要组成部分,是电力建设的重要依据。本文着重从规划编制模式,用电负荷预测,电源规划,城市电网规划及供电设施布置等方面展开探讨。规划立足远期、展望远景、融入近期电力建设计划,体现区域统筹、城乡统筹,同时考虑足够的弹性以适应实验区超常规的建设。

Specific plan for the power supply project is the essential part of urban general plan.It is the important basis of electric power construction.This thesis mainly discusses the following aspects： planning mode,the prospect of electrical load,electrical power planning,electric network planning and arrangement of power supply facilities,etc.This plan bases on long-term future and prospect,involving the recent plans of electric power construction and reflecting regional co-ordination as well as urban and rural co-ordination.Meanwhile,it also contains the consideration of enough flexibility to adapt the unusual construction of experimental zone.
