An environmentally friendly, clean, efficient and time-saving preparation of a variety of ionic liquids marked number 1 to 3 was described in this paper, using quinoline, methylimidazole and N- methylmorpholine as raw materials under microwave radiation. The structures of products were all characterized by 1H NMR.
