实验利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪器,分别对贵阳市出产的银翘散等12种中成药物中的8种OCPs(organo—chlorine pesticides)(包括:a-HCH、β—HCH、γ-HCH、β-HCH、P,P’DDE、o,P’-DDT、p,p’DDD、P,P’-DDT)进行了定量检测。实验结果:样品总体上受有机氯农药污染的水平较低,但部分样品中OCPs的浓度较高,需引起注意。
實驗利用氣相色譜-質譜聯用儀器,分彆對貴暘市齣產的銀翹散等12種中成藥物中的8種OCPs(organo—chlorine pesticides)(包括:a-HCH、β—HCH、γ-HCH、β-HCH、P,P’DDE、o,P’-DDT、p,p’DDD、P,P’-DDT)進行瞭定量檢測。實驗結果:樣品總體上受有機氯農藥汙染的水平較低,但部分樣品中OCPs的濃度較高,需引起註意。
실험이용기상색보-질보련용의기,분별대귀양시출산적은교산등12충중성약물중적8충OCPs(organo—chlorine pesticides)(포괄:a-HCH、β—HCH、γ-HCH、β-HCH、P,P’DDE、o,P’-DDT、p,p’DDD、P,P’-DDT)진행료정량검측。실험결과:양품총체상수유궤록농약오염적수평교저,단부분양품중OCPs적농도교고,수인기주의。
This research examined the contamination levels of eight OCPs (organochlorine pesticides) and metabolites ( a-HCH, β-HCH, γ-HCH, δ-HCH, p ,p'-DDE, o ,p '-DDT, p ,p'-DDD, p ,p-'DDT) in 12 traditional Chinese herbal medicines produced in Guiyang City, China, by using a GC-MS analysis. The results show that the levels of OCPs and their metabolites in the majority of these Chinese traditional medicines were nondetectable or relatively low, however a relatively high levels of these compounds were found in a small number of the medicines, therefore a close attention should be given to this.
