研究设计了3个可以使足呈5°、10°和15°背屈角度的蹲跳练习,探讨足不同背屈对纵跳高度的影响,结果显示足不同背屈都能提高跳起高度,5°时最高,平均增加了15.8cm,10°和15°时有所减少,分别增加12.2cm和10cm,充分显示出肌肉预拉长对发挥肌肉力量的作用,同时也表明肌肉的不同工作状态对肌肉收缩力的影响不同。

This paper has designed three squat jump exercises which make the foot dorsiflexions show the angle of 5°,10° and 15°,exploring the effect of different foot's dorsiflexions on vertical high jump.The results show that all three different foot dorsiflexions can increase vertical jump height,among which 5° is the most effective,increasing 15.8 cm of height on average,while 10° and 15° increase 12.2 cm and 10 cm respectively,fully demonstrating that the muscle is elongated in advance to give play to strength.At the same time,it indicates that the muscle's different working states have different influence on muscle's covergent force.
