针对我国失业人员的失业持续期问题，运用审查回归模型（Censored regression model）对影响失业持续时阍因素进行分析。结果显示：男性失业持续时问明显较女性短，教育对一个人再次就业有着明显的促进作用。个人进行人力资本的投资不但能够缩短失业持续时间，而且在当前我国就业形势严峻的局面下，个人受教育年限的多少对于一个人的成功就业也具有重要的意义。对于社会网络、家庭背景等影响劳动力就业的非市场因素，政府创造公平合理的就业竞争机制具有非常重要的作用。

In view of the unemployed duration of unemployment problem, using Censored regression model to analyze the factors affecting of unemployment duration.
