本文采用塔菲尔极化曲线法和交流阻抗法,在常温条件下,研究了600镍基合金在硫酸盐溶液中的腐蚀电化学行为,并初步分析了其腐蚀电化学行为的机理。以及在300℃条件下,600镍基合金在硫酸盐溶液中的腐蚀行为。试验结果表明,硫酸根对600镍基合金有很强的腐蚀加快作为,浓度越大腐蚀加速的效应越明显,同时在高温条件下,600镍基合金出现了点蚀的腐蚀形态。

본문채용탑비이겁화곡선법화교류조항법,재상온조건하,연구료600얼기합금재류산염용액중적부식전화학행위,병초보분석료기부식전화학행위적궤리。이급재300℃조건하,600얼기합금재류산염용액중적부식행위。시험결과표명,류산근대600얼기합금유흔강적부식가쾌작위,농도월대부식가속적효응월명현,동시재고온조건하,600얼기합금출현료점식적부식형태。
In this paper,the corrosion behaviors of Alloy 600 effected by the sodium sulfate were investigated by AC impedance technique and Tafel technique,and the machanism of electrochemical corrosion behavior of Alloy 600 was analysed roughly.At the same time,high temperature corrosion behaviors of Alloy 600 in sodium sulfate were studied in autoclave.The result shows that sodium sulfate could accelerate corrosion velocity of Alloy 600 obviously;And Allay 600 suffer pitting corrosion in the sodium sulfate solution at high temperature,and also the surface of Alloy 600 was covered by the oxides.
