The crack of roller gear seat is one of main problems in our factory＇s production of coal mining machine.Cracked gear seat will affect directly the product qualification and safety of gear seat in coal mining machine during production.It has a close relationship with roller design and every section in the production.This thesis will give a brief analysis of the problems in every section.
