中学历史教育是进行爱国主义教育的重要途径,中学历史课程涉及众多爱国主义题材,因而在教学过程中,教师宜尽可能用史实来培养学生的爱国主义的意识。培养学生爱国主义意识要善于运用本土化教学,教学材料要做到具有时代性,能培养学生的分析能力。此外,开设历史活动课对提高爱国意识也很有帮助。
