在分析“十一五”期间沈阳市产业结构优化升级和能源结构调整情况的基础上，利用沈阳市经济和环境统计数据，通过单位GDP耗能和单位GDP污染物排放量等指标纵向比较，探讨沈阳市产业能源结构调整对环境空气质量的影响。结果表明，通过产业结构调整，装备制造业、服务业和高新技术产业等在总产值中的占比不断提高，在推动经济健康发展的同时，使单位生产总值煤耗持续下降。新型能源发展战略的实施，能源结构出现良性转变，五年间耗煤量相对降低，燃料油、焦炭、洁净燃气占比升高，使工业废气中烟尘、二氧化硫单位产值排放量分别下降12．4t／4L元、12．2t／亿元。经济发展方式的转变，产业能源结构的调整，相对降低废气的排放量，有效促进了沈阳市环境空气质量的改善。

This paper analyzed carefully the situation of upgrading of the industrial structure and the energy structure adjustment of Shenyang in the period of ＂eleventh five-year plan＂, and used of Shenyang economic and environmental statistics data. This paper discussed the influence of the energy industry structure adjustment of Shenyang to the environmental air quality, through the longitudinal comparison by energy consumption per unit of GDP and exhaust emissions. The results show that, because the adjustment of industrial structure, the proportion of equipment manufacturing, services and high technology industries in the total output value improved constantly, and the unit GDP coal consumption declined continues. The implementation of New energy development strategy, the energy structure appears benign change, coal consumption relatively lower in the five years, and the proportion of fuel oil, coke, clean gas rose, the smoke, sulfur dioxide in industrial waste gas, in unit of output value emissions were down 12.4 t/108CNY, 12.2 t/108CNY. By changing the model of economic development, adjusting industrial energy structure, reducing exhaust emissions relative, to promote the environmental air quality improvement of Shenyang effectively.
