以贵州某磷矿为研究对象,利用w(HNO3)50%的硝酸分解磷精矿,并对获得的分解液进行冷冻结晶,探讨各种因素对除钙率的影响,得出在硝酸过量率10%~20%、冷冻终点温度-5℃、冷冻持续时间240~270min的条件下,可以获得75%以上除钙率,适宜硝酸磷肥生产的混合液。

Taking a certain phosphate rock of Guizhou Province as the research object, the treezmg crystallization treatment of phosphate decomposed liquid by nitric acid with w (IqN03) of 50% is studied, the effect of various factors on removal rate of Ca are investigated. It is concluded that with the nitric acid excess about 10%-20%, freeze final temperature at -5 ℃, and freeze remain time about 240-270 min, the calcium removal rate above 75% can be obtained, and the mixture is favorable to produce nitrophosphate fertilizer .
