校企对接条件下职业指导工作应以提高社会就业质量和数量为中心,提高工作的针对性。就业服务要延伸到用人单位,为企业提供多元化的员工招聘和培训指导。职业指导技术的本土化改造及其自身发展迫切需要进行理论探索和引领。全球经济一体化和日益扩大的国际劳务合作要求就业指导工作应与国际接轨,向国际化发展。职业指导人才培养、管理渠道应由目前的＂单规制＂向＂双轨制＂转变,需要建立、完善职业指导师职业规范。
