通过化学成分分析、硬度测试、渗碳层深度检测、断口形貌分析以及微观组织检查等实验分析,确定了重型卡车前簧弯耳平销断裂原因。分析结果表明:碳浓度过高,致使零件表层析出大量断续网状碳化物,增大了材料局部脆性,弱化了晶界,导致零件在装配时发生断裂。
通過化學成分分析、硬度測試、滲碳層深度檢測、斷口形貌分析以及微觀組織檢查等實驗分析,確定瞭重型卡車前簧彎耳平銷斷裂原因。分析結果錶明:碳濃度過高,緻使零件錶層析齣大量斷續網狀碳化物,增大瞭材料跼部脆性,弱化瞭晶界,導緻零件在裝配時髮生斷裂。

The fracture cause of the the heavy truck leaf-spring curved ear flat pins is researched by the chemical analysis,the hardness testing,the depth of the carburized layer mearuse,the appearance of fracture analysis and the microstructure test.The research shows that carbon concentration is over high,which is cased interrupted network carbide on the component surface,and interrupted network carbide increases local brittle and weakens grain boundary,which leads the component fracture when assembling.
