通过采用将离子辐照面和原子扩散面分离的实验设计,从实验上消除了离子辐照其他效应对扩散过程的影响,确认离子辐照诱发非线性点阵激发对原子扩散行为存在影响。实验发现,由Ni膜/单晶Cu基体组成的置换扩散偶在离子辐照作用下,发生扩散加速现象。随着单晶Cu基片厚度增加,扩散加速程度降低。对于Ni膜/多晶Cu基体扩散偶没有发现辐照增强扩散现象。正电子湮没实验表明在辐照试样Ni-Cu扩散面缺陷浓度低于未辐照试样。实验结果证实晶格点阵非线性振动激子对原子扩散产生作用的微观机制。

In order to evidence the influence of nonlinear lattice exciton on the diffusion behavior, a special experiment was carded out, where the position under ion irradiation was far away from the diffusion position, to eliminate the other effect factors of ion irradiation on the diffusion process. An accelerated substitutional diffusion of the Ni film/Cu subsWate system was found under ion irradiation. The accelerated rate reduces with the increasing of sample thickness. No diffusion acceleration is found for multi-crystal samples. The positron annihilation results indicate the density of defaults of irradiated samples is lower than that of untreated samples. These experimental results confirmed the diffusion mechanism of nonlinear lattice exciton affecting atom diffusion.
