以异辛醇/醚(异辛醇20%和异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚80%的混合物)与氨基磺酸(NH2SO3H)进行硫酸化反应的合成工艺,探讨了反应物料配比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂尿素用量对产品的性能影响,经优化得到了最佳合成工艺:异辛醇/醚:氨基磺酸=1:1.1(摩尔比),120℃反应3.0 h,ω(尿素)=5.0%。测试了产品的渗透力以及其他性质,结果表明异辛醇/醚硫酸铵和异辛醇/醚硫酸钠的复合物具有较好的渗透力,可以作为耐浓碱精炼剂的主要成分。

The synthetic technology sulfation of iso-octanol and Ethylhexanol ethoxylate by (NH2SO3H) was studied. The effects of the reactantratio, reaction temperature, time and urea c sulfamie acid atalyst on the reaction were discussed. The optimal synthesis technology was the ratio of n(iso-octanol and ethylhexanol ethoxylate/n(NH2SO3H)=1:1.1 and the reaction for 3.0 h at 120 ℃ with 5.0 % urea as catalyst. The product osmotic force as well as other properties was tested, and the results indicated that ethylhexanol sulfate and ethylhexyl ether sulfate had better osmotic force, and could be used as the main component of Resistance to alkali scouting agent.
