Command, monitor, and control system for testing and launching (abbreviated as C^3I System) plays an important role in the missions of the launching site. Allocation and prediction of the reliability of C^3I System is not only an important ingredient of the reliability work of C^3I System, but also the foundation and basis for the reliability design of C^3I System. A kind of reliability allocation and prediction method of C^3I System is proposed, which is applied to allocate and predicate the reliability of a certain C^3I System to valid its effectiveness.
