采用Design-Expert软件中Mixture的试验设计方法对内墙乳胶漆PVc为65%-70%的配方进行辅助设计及优化。研完了配方中各主要组分对涂料性能的影响,建立了配方中各主要组分与涂膜对比率的定量关系模型,并通过试验对该模型进行验证,进而利用该模型以涂膜对比率为优化目标进行配方的优化。

Using Mixture experimental design method of Design-Expert, we have carried out aided-designs and optimized the compositions of interior wall coatings with PVC of 65%-70%. This paper makes further research into the influence of every key component on the properties of the coatings. We have also established the model of quantitative relations between key component and film contrast ratio, and verified the model via experiments. Finally, with the model, we have optimized the compositions, focusing on the improvement of film contrast ratio.
