建立了复方季铵盐戊二醛溶液中季铵盐分离鉴别方法,即以[氯仿-水（20∶1.5）的下层溶液]-甲醇（10∶3）为展开剂、浓氨试液为预平衡剂,采用硅胶G薄层板进行分离鉴别,实现了三类季铵盐良好的分离鉴别,并且较好的避免了制剂中其他辅料的干扰。该方法操作简便、成本低廉、分离效果良好,适用于该类复方消毒剂的质量控制。
建立瞭複方季銨鹽戊二醛溶液中季銨鹽分離鑒彆方法,即以[氯倣-水（20∶1.5）的下層溶液]-甲醇（10∶3）為展開劑、濃氨試液為預平衡劑,採用硅膠G薄層闆進行分離鑒彆,實現瞭三類季銨鹽良好的分離鑒彆,併且較好的避免瞭製劑中其他輔料的榦擾。該方法操作簡便、成本低廉、分離效果良好,適用于該類複方消毒劑的質量控製。
건립료복방계안염무이철용액중계안염분리감별방법,즉이[록방-수（20∶1.5）적하층용액]-갑순（10∶3）위전개제、농안시액위예평형제,채용규효G박층판진행분리감별,실현료삼류계안염량호적분리감별,병차교호적피면료제제중기타보료적간우。해방법조작간편、성본저렴、분리효과량호,괄용우해류복방소독제적질량공제。
A TLC method for separation and identification of quaternary ammonium in compound quaternary ammonium salt and glutaral solution was established.Silica-G-CMCNa plate was used with [the lower solution of chloroform-water（20∶ 15）]-methanol（10∶ 3） as developing solvent and ammonia as pre-equilibrium solution for the separation and identification.Three types of quaternary ammonium salt were separated well,and avoided the interference from accessories in the product effectively.The method is simple,cheap and effective,and can be applied for the quality-control of this type compound disinfectant.
