以异辛醇和五氧化二磷为原料,合成异辛醇磷酸酯.实验结果表明:单酯的助滤性能较好,最佳单酯与碳酸氢钠的质量比为6.9×10^-5:1;合成高含量单酯的最佳条件为,异辛醇与五氧化二磷的摩尔比为2.0:1,反应时间为3h,反应温度为70℃.
以異辛醇和五氧化二燐為原料,閤成異辛醇燐痠酯.實驗結果錶明:單酯的助濾性能較好,最佳單酯與碳痠氫鈉的質量比為6.9×10^-5:1;閤成高含量單酯的最佳條件為,異辛醇與五氧化二燐的摩爾比為2.0:1,反應時間為3h,反應溫度為70℃.

Isooctanol and phosphoric anhydride were used as raw materials to synthesize the isooctyl phos- phate. The experimental results show that monoester has better filtration performance, the best ratio of mo- noester to sodium bicarbonate is 6.9 × 10^-5: 1. The optimum condition for synthesis with high content of monoester is that mole ratio of isooctanol to phosphoric anhydride is 2.0:1 and the reaction time is 3h at the temperature of 70 ℃.
