为了进一步了解限购令对小城市商品住宅市场的影响,把握小城市是否有必要实施限购,以商洛为例,在解读限购政策的基础上,采用问卷调查法对975名商洛居民施测,结合问卷调查SPSS分析结果和商洛市统计局数据,研究限购令对商洛商品住宅市场的影响,得出商洛市房地产市场有必要实施限购的结论,并提出限购方案。

In order to further learn the influence of buying limitation order on the commercial housing market in small cities,and grasp whether it is necessary for the small cities to be implemented for this policy,the questionnaire surveying methd is adopted to 975 residents in Shangluo based on interpreting the buying limitation policy.Then,combined with SPSS analysis results and the data from Shangluo Statistical Bureau,the influence of buying limitation order on commercial housing market in Shangluo is analyzed and studied.At the same time,the conclusion is drawn that the buying limitation policy is necessary to be implemented in the real estate market in Shangluo,and a plan is put forward at last.
