利用光电旋转编码器产生高速脉冲,引入PLC高速计数器端进行计数,利用PWM变频调速,设计电梯控制系统。该系统确定电梯理想运行速度和加速度曲线,实时计算电梯的楼层位置、平层位置、上下换速点,实现电梯的精确定位,实时完成乘客呼梯请求。
利用光電鏇轉編碼器產生高速脈遲,引入PLC高速計數器耑進行計數,利用PWM變頻調速,設計電梯控製繫統。該繫統確定電梯理想運行速度和加速度麯線,實時計算電梯的樓層位置、平層位置、上下換速點,實現電梯的精確定位,實時完成乘客呼梯請求。
이용광전선전편마기산생고속맥충,인입PLC고속계수기단진행계수,이용PWM변빈조속,설계전제공제계통。해계통학정전제이상운행속도화가속도곡선,실시계산전제적루층위치、평층위치、상하환속점,실현전제적정학정위,실시완성승객호제청구。
In this paper,a continuous multi-speed control scheme for elevator is proposed.The precise locating is implemented by counting high frequency pulses which are generated by optical rotary encoder.The continuous multi-speed control is implemented by PWM speed control as well.The ideal speed and acceleration are determined by on-site testing.The floor positions,flat bed positions and speed switching point are calculated manually.The real-time requirement of precise locating and calling response are met in this scheme.
