目前，新农村信息化建设中依然存在着不足，尤其是农村信息化基础设施比较落后；农业信息资源共享存在一定局限性。将云计算结合到新农村信息化建设的应用中，能够解决上述存在的诸多问题，并能够为新农村信息化新的应用模式提供强大的技术支持。首先介绍了农村信息化建设和云计算技术发展的现状，在现有的农村信息化基础上利用云计算技术，采用“松散耦合模式”对现有农村信息化系统进行面向服务的封装或者改造，搭建新农村信息化云基础架构，实现信息资源共享。

At present, there are still some defects in the new rural informatization construction, especially for relatively backward rural information infrastructure and a certain limitation in the agricultural information resource sharing. The above problems can be solved uniting cloud com- puting into the application of new rural informatization construction. And cloud computing pro- vides powerful technical support for new application model of new countryside informationization construction. In this paper, we firstly introduce the development situation of the rural informati- zation construction and cloud computing technology. Based on the existing rural informatization using cloud computing technology and the ＂loose coupling model＂, we have made the encapsula- tion and transformation catering to service for the existing rural informatization system. And we also build the cloud infrastructure of the new countryside informatization to realize information resources sharing.
