为了解决国内外大中型水力发电机组均存在一定稳定性的问题,该文从电气、机械和水力3个方面详细分析了大中型水力发电机组不稳定运行的各种原因,并提供了大量详实的工程实践中相关问题的实例,同时,提供了工程上相关问题的预防和处理措施。基于上述分析,对水力发电机组运行稳定性的现行评价标准进行了讨论,指出了其需要补充和完善的方面。

In order to solve the problem of stability for hydroelectric generating units. This paper presents necessary analysis and interpretation for unstable operation of hydroelectric generating units based on electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and hydraulic engineering. And lots of examples of engineering practice were proposed to describe the relevant circumstances. Moreover, preventive measures and treatment measures from actual project were carried out. In the view of the above situation, some evaluation criteria were discussed for the stability of hydro-electric power plant operation. And the paper pointed out some of the contents which need to be complemented and improved.
