建立了菱形客车十一自由度整车模型,分析各设计因素对整车平顺性的影响,并以随机路面下各个乘员的垂直加速度为优化目标,各个悬架的动行程和各个车轮的相对动载为约束条件,运用遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ对悬架参数进行优化设计。优化后菱形客车平顺性得到了提高,以此时的悬架参数为基础分析了菱形客车在脉冲路面下平顺性的变化规律。
建立瞭蔆形客車十一自由度整車模型,分析各設計因素對整車平順性的影響,併以隨機路麵下各箇乘員的垂直加速度為優化目標,各箇懸架的動行程和各箇車輪的相對動載為約束條件,運用遺傳算法NSGA-Ⅱ對懸架參數進行優化設計。優化後蔆形客車平順性得到瞭提高,以此時的懸架參數為基礎分析瞭蔆形客車在脈遲路麵下平順性的變化規律。

An eleven DOF model of a rhombic bus was built,and the effects of each design factors on ride comfort was analyzed.With weighted vertical root mean square values of each passenger's acceleration as optimization objective,and with dynamic displacement of each suspension and relative dynamic load of each tire as constraint conditions on random road,the parameters of suspension were optimized by NSGA-Ⅱ.The ride comfort of the rhombic bus is improved after optimization,and the change rule of the rhombic bus's ride comfort on pulse road was analyzed based on the optimized parameters of suspension.
