针对拼焊板零件冲压成形过程中恒压边力方法的不足,提出基于混合H2/H∞理论的变压边力控制方法,建立了变压边力混合H2/H∞控制模型,设计了变压边力混合H2/H∞控制算法和控制逻辑。采用该模型对拼焊板零件冲压成形进行反馈数值模拟,分析有无变压边力混合H2/H∞控制对拼焊板零件成形缺陷的影响,并在变压边力冲压机上进行试验验证。仿真和试验结果表明:基于混合H2/H∞理论的变压边力控制方法可成功冲压出车身前围上盖板,可有效避免恒压边力下的起皱和破裂两种缺陷,该控制方法同时考虑冲压行程和压边板位置进行压边力优化,具有更好的鲁棒性。
針對拼銲闆零件遲壓成形過程中恆壓邊力方法的不足,提齣基于混閤H2/H∞理論的變壓邊力控製方法,建立瞭變壓邊力混閤H2/H∞控製模型,設計瞭變壓邊力混閤H2/H∞控製算法和控製邏輯。採用該模型對拼銲闆零件遲壓成形進行反饋數值模擬,分析有無變壓邊力混閤H2/H∞控製對拼銲闆零件成形缺陷的影響,併在變壓邊力遲壓機上進行試驗驗證。倣真和試驗結果錶明:基于混閤H2/H∞理論的變壓邊力控製方法可成功遲壓齣車身前圍上蓋闆,可有效避免恆壓邊力下的起皺和破裂兩種缺陷,該控製方法同時攷慮遲壓行程和壓邊闆位置進行壓邊力優化,具有更好的魯棒性。

Because of the deficiencies of constant BHF method in the stamping process of TWBs, a mixed H2/H∞ control method for the variable BHF was proposed. A control model for the mixed H2/H∞ control was built,then its control algorithm and logic were designed. Based on the designed model,the feedback numerical simulation was used to analyze the influences of the mixed H2/H∞ control method on defects of TWBs. The tests were conducted on the variable BHF hydraulic press in order to verify the simulation results, and the simulation and test results show that the cowls top cover board can be stamped successfully based on the mixed H2/H∞ control theory for the variable BHF. Considering the stamping tip and blank holder board position, the proposed BHF determination approach can avoid wrinkling and cracking under constant BHF,which makes it a robust strategy.
