运用非线性有限元方法分析了U形波纹管在深海大压力环境下的非线性力学行为,提出了波纹管体积变化的计算方法和相关公式;基于液体的可压缩性,推导出了仪器工作水深与波纹管体积变化以及内外压差之间的关系式,并给出了内外压差的计算流程,从而为压力平衡用波纹管的设计计算提供参考。以充油式深海压力传感器为例,分析了U形波纹管的压力平衡能力与各种因素之间的关系,总结了波纹管式压力平衡结构的设计原则,从而为基于波纹管式压力平衡的水下仪器设备的结构设计提供指导。

A large deflection deformation of U-shaped bellow under high pressure in deep sea was analyzed by means of nonlinear finite element method,and the method for calculating the volume change of bellow and related formulas were given.Based on the compressibility of liquid,the relationship among the working-depth of equipment,the volume change of the bellow and the pressure difference between inside and outside of the equipment was deduced.And the calculation process was also put forward,which can provide reference for design and calculation of bellow used for pressure balance.The relationship between the pressure balance performance of U-shaped bellow used for oil-filled deep-sea pressure sensor and various factors was analyzed.The design principle of the structure using bellow as pressure balance element was generalized,which can provide as guide to design underwater equipment using bellow as pressure balance element.
