为了降低钡盐脱硫成本,在弱还原气氛和强还原气氛对种分母液脱硫渣加碳还原焙烧。保持焙烧时间为60 min,碳与脱硫渣的摩尔比为1.1,考查温度对焙烧产物的物相组成的影响。结果表明:在弱还原气氛下,当温度为1100℃时,有利于脱硫渣的分解,温度过低和过高均对其分解不利。强还原气氛对脱硫渣中的硫酸钡分解有很好的促进作用,但对碳酸钡的分解有抑制作用,因此采取加碳还原的方法很难实现脱硫渣的完全分解,需进一步开展其他方法和手段的探索。
為瞭降低鋇鹽脫硫成本,在弱還原氣氛和彊還原氣氛對種分母液脫硫渣加碳還原焙燒。保持焙燒時間為60 min,碳與脫硫渣的摩爾比為1.1,攷查溫度對焙燒產物的物相組成的影響。結果錶明:在弱還原氣氛下,噹溫度為1100℃時,有利于脫硫渣的分解,溫度過低和過高均對其分解不利。彊還原氣氛對脫硫渣中的硫痠鋇分解有很好的促進作用,但對碳痠鋇的分解有抑製作用,因此採取加碳還原的方法很難實現脫硫渣的完全分解,需進一步開展其他方法和手段的探索。

In order to decrease the desulfurization cost of barium salt,desulfuration residue from seed pregnant solution was treated by the carbothermic reduction under the weak and strong reducing atmosphere.When the roasting time was 60 min,the ratio of carbon to desulfuration residue was 1.1,the effect of roasting temperature on the phase composition of calcined product were studied.The results showed that under the weak reducing atmosphere,it was 1100 ℃ to do good to decompose the desulfuration residue,and when the temperature was below it and above it the decomposition of desulfuration residue would become difficult.The strong reducing atmosphere did good to the decomposition of barium sulfate,and had inhibitory effects on decomposition of barium carbonate in desulfuration residue.Therefore,it was difficult to decompose the desulfuration residue by the carbothermic reduction with a vengeance,other means and methods should be explored in the next.
