分析了零件结构工艺性教学中普遍存在的问题,探讨利用三维设计软件Solidworks提高零件结构工艺性教学质量的途径。以镗孔加工零件结构的切削加工工艺性及轴、孔类零件结构的装配工艺性为例,研究了如何运用Solidworks自带的Animator软件实现加工及装配的动态仿真。

In this paper,the common problems exist in the teaching process of manufacturability of part structure are analyzed.Ways to improve the teaching quality of manufacturability of part structure through the three-dimensional design software Solidworks are investigated.The usages of Animator software which comes from Solidworks in the simulation of processing and assembling are further studied.Two examples,cutting manufacturability of the boring machining parts' structure and manufacturability of shaft and hole parts' structure which makes assembly easy,are presented.
