针对大白菜、莴苣、空心菜、菜心和苋菜等福建省主要叶菜类蔬菜,在试验基础上研究氮、磷、钾肥料效应及其化肥利用率。结果表明:氮、磷、钾肥的平均增产率分别为(34.8±17.3)%、(16.4±4.8)%、(20.8±8.3)%。每1 kg养分对蔬菜平均增产量分别为纯N 61.8 kg、P2O5 85.1kg和K2O 46.0 kg;氮、磷、钾肥产投比平均分别为28.8、34.0和23.0。5种叶菜类蔬菜的氮、磷、钾平均吸收量分别为100.5、21.7、186.6 kg/hm2,纯N、P2O5和K2O吸收比例为1∶0.46∶1.84。应用差减法得到氮、磷、钾的平均利用率分别为(31.0±16.6)%、(8.0±2.7)%、(37.6±18.1)%。

Experiments were conducted to study on leaf vegetables response to N,P and K fertilizers application and their nutrient use efficiencies including the Chinese cabbage,lettuce,water spinach and Chinese flowering cabbage and edible amaranth in Fujian province.The results showed that the average increasing rate of N,P and K was(34.8±17.3)%,(16.4±4.8)% and(20.8±8.3)%,respectively.The average increasing production of vegetables was 61.8 kg per kg N,85.1 kg per kg P2O5 and 46.0 kg per kg K2O,respectively.The average VCR of N,P and K was 28.8,34.0 and 23.0.The average total uptake N,P,and K of 5 kinds of leaf vegetables separately was 100.5,21.7 and 186.6 kg/hm2,respectively.The ratio of N,P2O5 and K2O was 1∶0.46∶1.84.The recovery efficiency of N,P and K averaged(31.0±16.6)%,(8.0±2.7)% and(37.6±18.1)% by subtraction.
