研究不同浓度的NaCl和Na2CO3胁迫对小花碱茅(Puccinellia tenuiflora)种子萌发率及幼苗生长状况的影响,结果表明:小花碱茅的种子萌发率随着盐碱浓度的增加而降低,NaCl胁迫下的萌发率下降趋势大于Na2CO3胁迫,说明影响小花碱茅种子萌发率的主要原因是渗透胁迫;随着NaCl和Na2CO3浓度的升高,小花碱茅幼苗生长变弱。

This paper studied the the effects of NaCl and Na2CO3 stress on seed germination and seeding growth of Puccinellia tenuiflora.The results showed that the germination rate of Puccinellia tenuiflora decreased with the increasing of saline-alkaline concentration.The seed germination of Puccinellia tenuiflora under NaCl stress decreased significantly greater than that under Na2CO3 stress.It indicated that osmotic stress was the main reason for germination inhibition in Puccinellia tenuiflora under both NaCl and Na2CO3 stress.With the increase of NaCl and Na2CO3 concentrations,the seedling growth of Puccinellia tenuiflora became weaker.
