Many students feel it difficult to learn physics, when they enter into senior high school, they can understand what teachers have taught, but can＇ t finish the homework independently. If teachers do not timely guide and help them, their academic performance will be poorer and poorer, even hate physics learning. This paper makes a simple analysis of the causes and proposes methods of learning physics.
