以呫吨荧光分子为染色剂,对洋葱的内表皮细胞进行活体染色,结果表明:染色后的细胞发光面积较大,发光强度较高,染色剂与洋葱内表皮细胞壁的亲和能力强,染色效果理想。
以呫噸熒光分子為染色劑,對洋蔥的內錶皮細胞進行活體染色,結果錶明:染色後的細胞髮光麵積較大,髮光彊度較高,染色劑與洋蔥內錶皮細胞壁的親和能力彊,染色效果理想。
이첩둔형광분자위염색제,대양총적내표피세포진행활체염색,결과표명:염색후적세포발광면적교대,발광강도교고,염색제여양총내표피세포벽적친화능력강,염색효과이상。
This paper took xanthene fluorescent molecules as stain,with intall staining on endepidermis cells of onion.The results showed that stained cells had large light-emitting area and high luminous intensity,it had strong affinity between the stain and the endepidermis cell wall of onion,the dyeing conditions was excellent.
