试验选用新疆野核桃叶为研究对象,以金黄色葡萄球菌为指示菌,用抑菌圈直径为指标,在单因素试验的基础上通过正交实验对核桃叶的提取条件进行优化。结果表明:对核桃叶抑菌活性物质提取效果的影响为乙醇浓度〉液固比〉提取温度〉提取时间;最佳提取条件:乙醇浓度70%,液固比15∶1,提取温度60℃,提取时间4h。在此优化条件下,核桃叶提取物抑菌圈直径为1.932cm。
