缺氧可以分为病理性缺氧、生理性缺氧、运动性缺氧和环境性缺氧,各种类型的缺氧发生发展与自由基密切相关,可引起不同程度的损伤。应用预适应原理和药物均可预防或减轻缺氧带来的损伤,而高原训练则是预适应原理的具体应用,它可以明显提高运动员成绩而被广泛应用。

The hypoxia can be divided into pathology hypoxia, physiology hypoxia, exercise hypoxia and environ- mental hypoxia, and they are related with free radical, and reduced injury. Hypoxic preconditioning and drug may prevent the injury caused by hypoxic, moreover altitude training is the application of principle of hypoxic precondi- tioning, which can significantly improve athletic performance and has been widely used.
