伊朗Y油田是中国石化实施"走出去"战略投资的重点石油开发项目之一,该油田位于湿地周边,环境敏感级别高,钻井过程产生的废弃物处理成为了项目投资风险的重要考虑因素;经过综合评价,最终确定了固化+回填复合技术。本文通过分析Y油田钻井废弃物的污染成分,优选固化剂及辅助添加剂,确定了适合Y油田的钻井废弃物处理配方,经室内实验和现场应用均取得了良好的处理效果,经当地环保机构检测结果显示各项衡量固化物污染的重要指标均能达到伊朗当地环保标准,钻井废弃物处理效果满足当地排放要求。

Iran Y Oilfield is one of important exploration projects for Sinopec to implement the "going out" strategy.Located on the fringe of wetlands,Y Oilfield has high environmental sensitivity,so the drilling waste disposal was considered as an important factor of investment risks.After comprehensive evaluation,solidification plus backfilling composite technology was accepted by the project.Through analysis on drilling waste composition,selection of solidification agents and auxiliary additives,this study determines the drilling waste treatment formula for Y oil field.Preferable treatment effects were obtained both in laboratory test and field application.The inspection results of Iran environmental protection agency show that the indices match Iran environmental protection and emission standards.
