人体生物节律与运动训练存在着一定的内在联系,合理利用人体生物节律规律对运动训练的质量和运动成绩的提高都很有益处的。文章阐述了生物节律的研究进展以及生物节律与运动的重要关系,提出了重视运动与生物节律关系的重要性。

There are some inherent associations between human biological rhythms and exercise training.It is beneficial for improving the quality of sports training and athletic performance by rational using human biological rhythm rules.This paper describes the research progress of biological rhythms and the important relations between the circadian rhythm and sports,paying attention to the importance of the relations between movement and rhythm.
