就近年来聚合物分离介质在多肽类物质分离纯化中的应用、反相聚合物分离介质与反相硅胶(C18)在多肽类物质分离纯化上应用的比较进行综述。指出聚合物分离介质自身所特有的高化学稳定性、高吸附载量弥补了传统反相硅胶填料的许多不足,在蛋白多肽类物质分离纯化中具有广泛的应用前景。
就近年來聚閤物分離介質在多肽類物質分離純化中的應用、反相聚閤物分離介質與反相硅膠(C18)在多肽類物質分離純化上應用的比較進行綜述。指齣聚閤物分離介質自身所特有的高化學穩定性、高吸附載量瀰補瞭傳統反相硅膠填料的許多不足,在蛋白多肽類物質分離純化中具有廣汎的應用前景。

In recent years, with the development of the technology of biomedical, the research of peptide drugs gets great advancement. The improvement of the separation and purification techniques and the appearance of all kinds of new separation medium considerably accelerate the discovery of new active peptide substances. This text will make a review on the application of polymer separation medium in the separation and purification of peptide, and compare the application between reverse phase polymer separation medium and reverse phase silica gel in the separation and purification of peptide.
