采用Moldflow软件对某汽车后保险杠进行注塑工艺优化，得出了最佳的成型工艺条件。借助Filling＋Pack模块对玻纤增强聚丙烯（GFRPP）复合材料进行玻纤的取向模拟分析，得出了纤维在制品中的取向规律，预测了制件的拉伸模量和产品的力学性能。

In order to predict the strength of products, the flow simulation of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene （GFRPP） composite material was analyzed by using the flow simulation analysis soft ware MOLDFLOW. We can get the best processing conditions through the simulation of the MPI Molding Window. The flow analysis can get the average fiber orientation and the tensile modulus. We can predict the mechanical properties of the products through the results.
