低压合金电缆由于其极好的强度和传导率已逐步应用于低压配电网,为验证其导电能力、连接性能及发热量等,设计了合金电缆运行状态在线监测系统。系统由测温终端、电参数测量模块、环境温湿度监测模块、通信管理模块及监测计算机等构成,测温终端连续监测电缆接头温度并通过ZigBee无线网络发送到通信管理模块;通信管理模块基于uC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统设计,接收测量点温度数据、监测电缆运行电参数及环境温湿度,并采用无线分组业务GPRS(GeneralPacketRadioService)通信网络实现数据的远距离传输;监测计算机实现温度负荷曲线的实时显示、温度越限报警及数据分析等功能。介绍了ZigBee网络参数配置、测温终端软硬件的低功耗设计、通信管理模块设计中任务分配及调度等。所设计系统具有成本低、可靠性高、可扩展性强等特点。

Low voltage alloy electric cable has recently been applied in lowvoltage distribution network for its better strength and conductivity. A online monitoring system for alloy electric cable is designed, and is aim to verify the conductive property, connection property and heat productivity of cable. The system consists of temperature measurement terminal, electrical parameter measurement module, ambient temperature and relative humidity monitor module, communication administration module and monitoring computer. Temperature measurement terminal continuous monitor the temperature of cable junction, and the date be transmitted by ZigBee wireless network; the software of communication administration module is based on uC/OS-Ⅱ operating system, its tasks includes receiving temperature of measuring point, electrical parameter and humiture, and achieves transmitting signal for a long distance by GPRS communication network; monitoring computer achieves the real-time display of temperaturethermal load curve, temperature off-limit alarm and data analysis, and so on. The parameters of ZigBee network, hardware and software low-power design of temperature measurement terminal, tasks assignment and dispatching in the design of communication administration module software are introduced. The system has features of low cost, high reliability and strong expansibility.
