镇墩是引水式水电站压力钢管管道的必配小建筑,工程量小,但设计计算较繁杂。基于VB循环搜索法开发的镇墩设计程序,可根据镇墩的工作条件自动拟定镇墩尺寸,从小到大(每次填墩长度增加0.1m)循环拟定镇墩尺寸,直至满足应力控制标准为止,并可设计计算镇墩内钢管存在水平转弯的情况。该程序已在多个水电站镇墩设计中得到应用,设计的镇墩布局合理,工作可靠,体积较小。

Anchored pier is a compulsory structure for the penstock of the diversion type hydropower station, with small construction quantity but compelx design calculation. It can save mental labor by developing program to engineer the anchored pier, promoting efficiency. The engineering program base on VB circle research method is developed topreset the dimension of the anchored pier due to the working condition, from small size to large size (with O. 1 meter more for each filled length of the anchored pier) which will circle until the dimension meets the tension standard. The program can also calculate for the horizontal turning comer located inside the penstock of the anchored pier structure. After several applications in real hydropower station, the designs for the anchored pier turn out to be rational, reliable with small volume.
