基于气动控制技术与仿真技术开发了极片检测自动送料机构的气动控制系统,根据在线检测极片的节拍式送料工作原理,利用FluidSIM-P软件设计及优化了自动送料机构的气动回路,并设计了PLC控制系统,实现了自动送料机构的可靠控制。目前该设备已投入使用,在极片的自动检测中取得了很好效果。
基于氣動控製技術與倣真技術開髮瞭極片檢測自動送料機構的氣動控製繫統,根據在線檢測極片的節拍式送料工作原理,利用FluidSIM-P軟件設計及優化瞭自動送料機構的氣動迴路,併設計瞭PLC控製繫統,實現瞭自動送料機構的可靠控製。目前該設備已投入使用,在極片的自動檢測中取得瞭很好效果。
기우기동공제기술여방진기술개발료겁편검측자동송료궤구적기동공제계통,근거재선검측겁편적절박식송료공작원리,이용FluidSIM-P연건설계급우화료자동송료궤구적기동회로,병설계료PLC공제계통,실현료자동송료궤구적가고공제。목전해설비이투입사용,재겁편적자동검측중취득료흔호효과。
The pneumatic control system of automatic feeding mechanism for pole piece inspection was developed based on pneumatic control and simulation technology.According to the step-type feeding principle of on-line pole piece inspection,the pneumatic circuit of automatic feeding mechanism was developed and optimized using the FluidSIM-P software and the PLC control system designed,finally the reliable control of automatic feeding mechanism was achieved.The equipment has been put into operation with sound effect achieved in the automatic inspection of pole piece.
