《黄帝内经》视体质为影响针刺手法和效应的重要因素之一。本研究就针灸临床上审察体质的意义，体质与针灸反应性和耐受性的关系，体质差异与针灸不良反应等方面逐一探讨了《黄帝内经》中体质学说与针灸临床的相互关系。笔者认为，针灸临床应基于患者的个体差异来确定和实施相应的治疗方案，只有充分贯彻“因人制宜”的治则才能进一步提高针灸临床疗效。
《황제내경》시체질위영향침자수법화효응적중요인소지일。본연구취침구림상상심찰체질적의의，체질여침구반응성화내수성적관계，체질차이여침구불량반응등방면축일탐토료《황제내경》중체질학설여침구림상적상호관계。필자인위，침구림상응기우환자적개체차이래학정화실시상응적치료방안，지유충분관철“인인제의”적치칙재능진일보제고침구림상료효。
In Huangdi ’ s Canon of Medicine , constitution is one of the important factors that affect acupuncture manipulation and its efficacy .This paper analyzes the status of the physique theory in Huangdi ’ s Canon of Medicine in clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion from these aspects :the significance of physical observation in clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion , the relationship between the constitution , the reaction and tolerance relation of acupuncture and moxibustion , physical difference and adverse effect of acu-puncture and moxibustion and so on .In conclusion , the author suggests that clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion should be based on the individual difference and appropriate treatment methods should be im -plemented so as to further improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion .
