目的:探讨24G Hz生物雷达在非接触检测时对雄性大鼠生殖系统的安全性。方法:实验室饲喂成年SD大鼠48只,给予不同剂量辐照,取各组血液,进行体外激素发光检测和激素水平比较。结果:辐照组大鼠雄激素(T )显著升高(P<0.05),不同辐射结果无显著性差异(P>0. 05),而各组生长激素(GH)和黄体生成素(LH)无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:24GHz生物雷达对雄性大鼠生殖系统的影响位于下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的下游,且雷达在非接触检测时安全性较好。

목적:탐토24G Hz생물뢰체재비접촉검측시대웅성대서생식계통적안전성。방법:실험실사위성년SD대서48지,급여불동제량복조,취각조혈액,진행체외격소발광검측화격소수평비교。결과:복조조대서웅격소(T )현저승고(P<0.05),불동복사결과무현저성차이(P>0. 05),이각조생장격소(GH)화황체생성소(LH)무현저성차이(P>0.05)。결론:24GHz생물뢰체대웅성대서생식계통적영향위우하구뇌-수체-성선축적하유,차뢰체재비접촉검측시안전성교호。
Objective:To explore the safety of 24GHz bioradar to reproductive system of male SD rats while contact-free detecting .Methods:Forty-eight SD rats were exposed to different dosage of radiation ,and their blood was used for in vitro luminescence hormone test .Results :The level of androgen (T ) was significantly in-creased after explosion ,but different experimental groups showed no significant difference .At well ,there was no significant difference in growth hormone (GH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) .Conclusion :Experimental results showed the 24GHz bioradar is relatively safe to male reproductive system when used contact-free detection .
