中国在“物联网”发展进程中起步较早，但目前来看从事物联网技术研究与应用人才极其缺乏。因此，高职院校要紧紧围绕物联网专业发展特色，构建物联网专业人才培养模式，积极开办物联网专业。高职物联网专业只有准确定位，明确岗位，才能构建起学生合理的知识结构，从而适应物联网的发展。
