原子荧光光谱法测定地下水锡试验中,选择最佳的硼氢化钾溶液和硫脲-抗坏血酸溶液浓度,反应体系中加入浓度为20 g/L硼氢化钾溶液,100 mL试样溶液中加入10 mL硫脲-抗坏血酸溶液作为还原剂,方法检出限为0.02μg/L,测量精密度为0.33%~1.24%,加标回收效率为100%~102%。
原子熒光光譜法測定地下水錫試驗中,選擇最佳的硼氫化鉀溶液和硫脲-抗壞血痠溶液濃度,反應體繫中加入濃度為20 g/L硼氫化鉀溶液,100 mL試樣溶液中加入10 mL硫脲-抗壞血痠溶液作為還原劑,方法檢齣限為0.02μg/L,測量精密度為0.33%~1.24%,加標迴收效率為100%~102%。

Determination of tin in water test was studied with atomic fluorescence spectrometry,choosing the best potassium borohydride solution and thiourea L-ascorbic acid solution concentration,the reaction system with the concentration of 20 g/L potassium borohydride solution,sample solution of thiourea in 100 mL joined the 10 mL-ascorbic acid as the reducing agent,the detection limit was 0.02 g/L,measuring precision degree was 0.33% to 1.24%,and the recovery rate was 100%~102%.
