用湿法冶金工艺从硫酸亚铁制备软磁用α-Fe2O3的研究中,除硅是主要技术难点。本文研究了影响除硅的各种因素,通过试验得出,硫酸亚铁溶液先用氨水调节pH=6.0,通入空气,pH值降到5.0,加入20~30 mg/kg的聚丙烯酰胺絮凝沉淀分离,净化后的硫酸亚铁溶液制备得到的α-Fe2O3产品中二氧化硅的含量降到了0.01%以下。

The removal of silicon was a key step in the process of preparation of the α-Fe2O3 for soft magnet from pyrite residue using hydrometallurgy techniques.The influencing factors of the removal silicon were discussed.The optimum process conditions determined by tests were as follows: ferrous sulfate solution pH adjustment 6.0 by annonia,solution pH 5.0 for atmosphere oxidation,and the dosage of polyacrylamide was 20~30 mg/kg.The content of silicon dioxide in the ferric oxide can be reduced to less than 0.01%.
