以产碱性纤维素酶菌株H-1为出发菌株进行紫外线诱变,选育出一株产酶能力是出发菌株2.46倍且产酶性能稳定的高产菌株M-H-l。通过液体振荡培养法,对M-H-l的发酵培养基进行初步研究。结果表明:菌株M-H-l的最适碳源为麸皮,氮源为豆饼粉,无机盐为MgSO4,最适碳氮比为4∶1。
以產堿性纖維素酶菌株H-1為齣髮菌株進行紫外線誘變,選育齣一株產酶能力是齣髮菌株2.46倍且產酶性能穩定的高產菌株M-H-l。通過液體振盪培養法,對M-H-l的髮酵培養基進行初步研究。結果錶明:菌株M-H-l的最適碳源為麩皮,氮源為豆餅粉,無機鹽為MgSO4,最適碳氮比為4∶1。
이산감성섬유소매균주H-1위출발균주진행자외선유변,선육출일주산매능력시출발균주2.46배차산매성능은정적고산균주M-H-l。통과액체진탕배양법,대M-H-l적발효배양기진행초보연구。결과표명:균주M-H-l적최괄탄원위부피,담원위두병분,무궤염위MgSO4,최괄탄담비위4∶1。
The original strain H-1 was mutated by UV in the paper,and its enzyme productivity was 2.46 fold higher than that of parent strain.The mutant M-H-l was stable in the alkaline cellulase production.Through the liquid culture method,the fermentation conditions of M-H-l were studied.The results showed that the better carbon source was wheat bran,nitrogen source was soybean powder,salt was MgSO4,and the optimal carbon and nitrogen ratio was 4∶1.
