为提高液压支架制造质量,根据多年来从事液压支架制造过程中累积的经验,论述了焊接工艺参数的选取,焊接接头的选择,焊接应力的控制,焊接过程应力集中的预防,焊接残余变形的控制和预防等工艺措施。实践表明,采用这些工艺措施能保证支架结构件的焊接质量,并取得良好的效果。
為提高液壓支架製造質量,根據多年來從事液壓支架製造過程中纍積的經驗,論述瞭銲接工藝參數的選取,銲接接頭的選擇,銲接應力的控製,銲接過程應力集中的預防,銲接殘餘變形的控製和預防等工藝措施。實踐錶明,採用這些工藝措施能保證支架結構件的銲接質量,併取得良好的效果。

In order to improve the quality of hydraulic support,according to rich experience of manufacure hydraulic support,the choice of welding procedure,welding joints choice,welding stress control are discussed.The prevention of stress concentrated during welding,welding remains' distortion control and prevention are introduced.The results show that this welding procedures ensure quality.
