2008年至今中国移动通信市场呈现三寡头垄断局面。分析第三次重组后,中国移动、中国电信、中国联通三大运营商各自的竞争优势,并构建成本函数,建立Bertrand模型,研究完全信息静态条件下的三方定价问题。均衡分析表明,当市场处于博弈均衡状态时,价格较低的厂商将获取较高的收益;厂商可以通过扩大市场份额、降低产品成本等手段降低产品的均衡价格;同时,由于均衡价格的差异与市场份额的差异成比例,厂商在实施降价战略时,应重点关注与竞争厂商间产品价格差异的变化。

Since 2008, the mobile communications market in China has been dominated by three oligarchic enterprises. This paper analyzes the competitive advantages to which China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom gave a full play respectively after the third regroup of China's telecom industry. By means of building a cost function and establishing Bertrand model the paper studies the tripartite agreement of product pricing under the static conditions of perfect information. Equilibrium analysis shows that when the market is in equilibrium, the lower priced vendor can obtain a higher profit, for the vendor would reduce the equilibrium product price by down the cost. At the same time, because the discrepancy in gaining more equilibrium pr market share and cutting ices is proportional to that of market share, the vendor should take into consideration the change of price discrepancy between competitive firms when implementing price reduction strategies.
